Septentrio publishes mosaic-G5 T M.2 interface board as open-source hardware

As part of the ongoing development activities within STARGATE, Septentrio has published the M.2 carrier board for its mosaic-G5 T timing receiver as open-source hardware.

The STARGATE Galileo Timing Receiver development builds on Septentrio’s mosaic-G5 T platform. The M.2 interface provides an additional pathway for integrating the receiver platform into user products and applications.

By making the hardware design openly available, Septentrio is providing greater flexibility for system integrators, enabling them to work with the M.2 carrier board and adapt the hardware design to their specific integration needs.

The open-source approach also supports easier integration with standard computer platforms, contributing to STARGATE’s wider objective of supporting the integration of trusted Galileo-based timing capabilities into critical applications.

The open-source hardware is now available on GitHub: https://github.com/septentrio-gnss/moTi

Further updates on the development and validation of the STARGATE Galileo Timing Receiver will be shared as the project progresses.
